The Titans finished with a 3-14 record that set them up to select quarterback Cam Ward with the top pick last year.He missed the entire 2025 season after being placed on injured reserve before training camp.Levis, selected in the second round of the 2023 draft, had been pushed down the Titans' depth chart this offseason when the Titans signed Mitchell Trubisky to back up Ward.
