WWE isnt the first company to hold a WarGames match. This was a concept that Vince McMahon had no part of, which is why he resisted it for years. Now that its a part of WWE, it can still change a bit.

WWE Survivor Series: WarGames was a giant show this year in Petco Park. San Diego was full of WWE fans for the night. WarGames was the reason for the double ring setup, but things werent the same as previous years.

In the past, the two teams would be put in shark cages on the entrance ramp. Sometimes they were in other places, depending on how the arena was set up. After all, this is a match that has decades of history behind it.

This year for Survivor Series: WarGames, they changed things up. Charlotte Flair and Asuka started off the match. Then they got to business. It was then explained on commentary that Superstars will come out when their music is called when the time comes for them to enter.

We will have to see how this changes the dynamic for the match. It is also interesting that they are altering things, but it does open up a few interesting creative choices. Now, the WarGames entrances are more like the Royal Rumble matches, because you dont know who will come out next for the first time.

Whats your take on WWE making this change to the WarGames match? Do you think that it is better this way? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
