AEW President Tony Khan spoke with the wrestling media on Thursday, September 18, 2025, to promote Saturdays AEW All Out pay-per-view.
Khan noted this will be the first time All Out is held in the afternoon and the first AEW pay-per-view available for purchase on HBO Max.
When asked about the AEW Womens Championship four-way. Khan pointed out that Jamie Hayter is back in the mix with Toni Storm, while Thekla is getting her first title shot and Kris Statlander is returning to the title picture for the first time in four years. Khan added that Storm may be the best champion in pro wrestling.
When asked about reaching more families who may feel priced out, Tony Khan said AEW has always tried to keep ticket prices affordable.
He was also asked about running a major event in spring 2027, the same time WrestleMania will be in Saudi Arabia, with fans hoping independent promotions could still run shows around an AEW event. Khan confirmed he does plan to hold a big show that spring. He talked about the history of AEW Revolution and said he believes Revolution can become one of the biggest events in pro wrestling.
