While speaking during the Pat McAfee Show, Pat McAfee revealed that John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar will open WWE WrestlePalooza, making it the first match of the new ESPN-WWE era. He called it the perfect way to launch the partnership, showing that it features two of the greatest wrestlers of all time facing off to start the show.
This is a big moment for WWE and ESPN, as Wrestlepalooza will be the first WWE Premium Live Event to stream only on ESPNs new streaming service. A huge match like Cena vs. Lesnar is a strong way to kick off this new partnership.
