Cedric Alexander is ready to make his return to television after confirming his WWE departure earlier this year.
During a recent interview on WrestleBinge show, the former Cruiserweight Champion expressed his desire to get back in the spotlight, emphasizing that he still has plenty to contribute to a weekly wrestling program.
100%. I feel like I have a lot to add to a weekly product, Alexander said. Ive wrestled for about 16 years now, since 2009. I made my TV debut for Ring of Honor two years after that, so Ive essentially been wrestling on TV my entire career.
Alexander first revealed his exit from WWE back in February 2025, posting on social media, Thank you for the last 8 1/2 years! Being a professional wrestler has been a dream of mine since I could form memories and I will continue to do so till the good Lord says otherwise. #SeeYouIn90, referencing his standard 90-day non-compete clause.
Now officially a free agent, Alexander is looking ahead to his next move. I definitely feel like I have a lot to offer in terms of a weekly television show, whatever show that may be, he said, making it clear hes not ready to walk away from the ring just yet.
