Dontayvion Wicks is expected to assume the role of No. 1 receiver this week, with rookie Makai Lemon and Darius Cooper in line for larger roles as well."Being me, the player I am, I already have that confidence," Wicks said of taking on that job.Baun, who has a concussion, played 92% of the snaps against Chicago before being replaced in the lineup late in the game by Jeremiah Trotter Jr. He has made the Pro Bowl each of the past two seasons while establishing himself as one of the top off-ball linebackers in the game.Trotter will step in for Baun opposite Jihaad Campbell as the Eagles face the No. 1 offense in the NFL in total yards (418 per game)."I have to make sure that I'm ready so if I go in there, I've got to make sure I'm doing my part to help the team win," Trotter said. "You don't want to step into a role and be a liability out there, so I'm making sure I'm prepared just like every single week."Smith missed a good portion of training camp with a hamstring injury, and he was on the injury report last week but was able to suit up against the Bears.
