EmailPrintOpen Extended ReactionsFree agent quarterback Malik Willis, after reviving his career with the Green Bay Packers, has reached an agreement with the Miami Dolphins, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.Earlier Monday, the Dolphins released quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.Willis, the third-round pick of the Tennessee Titans in 2022, was traded to Green Bay shortly before the 2024 season for a seventh-round pick. He started three games for the Packers over the past two seasons, including Weeks 3 and 4 of 2024 -- both wins -- less than a month after joining the team.Later that season, he replaced an injured Jordan Love in the second half of a win against the Jacksonville Jaguars, a game in which Willis threw a touchdown pass and led the winning drive.Last season, he appeared in four games with one start and completed 30 of 35 passes for 422 yards and three touchdowns without an interception. He added 123 yards and two touchdowns rushing.In two seasons with the Packers, Willis, 26, appeared in 11 games with three starts (going 2-1) and combined to complete 78.7% of his passes for 972 yards and six touchdowns without an interception.
