The former AEW star made his WWE debut at Elimination Chamber 2026 in Chicago, emerging from a mystery crate before quickly becoming part of the conversation on WWE programming. While some fans are still wondering how Danhausens supernatural and comedic persona will translate on the main roster, Booker T believes the character has serious potential. Speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer explained that Danhausens presentation could easily translate into strong merchandise sales if WWE leans into the gimmick. Booker T also addressed the criticism that sometimes comes with comedic or over-the-top characters in wrestling. In his view, variety has always been part of what makes the industry work, and removing the humor would take away a key element of the business.
