AEWs tag team division is heating up, and now a major title match is official.
At AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage, Jake Doyle and Mark Davis earned their shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championships by winning a chaotic four-way tag team match. AEW President Tony Khan took to X/Twitter to make the championship match official, confirming that FTR will defend their titles against Doyle and Davis on the January 28 edition of Dynamite live from the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas.
FTR are currently in the midst of their third reign as AEW World Tag Team Champions. The bout against Doyle and Davis will mark their third title defense since regaining the gold.
