Another incident involving Armando Alejandro Montalvo surfaced recently after he appeared in a live video he uploaded to Facebook. This is the latest addition to a long history of making headlines for the wrong reason.
In the video, Montalvo was walking near the WWE Performance Center when a police officer approached him while he was crossing the street.
The officer explained there had been reports of someone going into nearby businesses and screaming, and said Montalvo matched the description. Montalvo responded that he had just left, which did not clearly deny the accusation at all. He continued walking as the officer said he was only asking questions based on the report.
The interaction ended without further action. Montalvo walked away wearing a white undershirt and an American flag bandana around his neck. He appeared to skirt around the law this time.
This comes after years of documented incidents involving Montalvo and the Performance Center. His history includes repeated trespassing attempts, harassment of WWE staff and performers, which included smearing his poo all over the building. This resulted in restraining orders, multiple arrests, and a 2015 police shooting following a standoff with deputies. Despite past legal action, similar encounters involving Montalvo continue to surface.
Montalvo was picked up by police on April 13th, 2020. Then he spent a long stint in jail, after he kept trespassing on WWE property and causing a disturbance with his wild claims, but he was eventually released. When his hearing came,Montalvo arrived at the court house in a red clown noseand a full suit, despite being told he didnt need to show up. His court hearing was via teleconference. Then he annoyed the judge by calling her baby girl.
He also claimed his father is Wesley Snipes, and he gave him permission to protest the fact that WWE is in his vicinity. WWE actually hired additional security including off-duty police officersto watch the Performance Center due to Montalvo. Needless to say, the saga of Armando Montalvo has been quite a wild ride.
