Tessa Blanchard is once again addressing the long-standing racism allegations that have followed her since 2020but this time, she came armed with receipts.
On December 20, 2025, after a simple end-of-year tweet reignited backlash over the 2017 incident in Japanwhere indie wrestler La Rosa Negra (also known as Nilka Garcia) accused Blanchard of calling her the N-word and spitting on herBlanchard made it clear shes tired of reliving the same accusations.
After issuing a strong denial earlier in the day, stating Im not perfect, made plenty of mistakes in my life racism is not one of them nor has that ever been in my heart, Blanchard later tweeted out a major update: she claimed that she and La Rosa Negra are actually on good terms.
To support that, she attached a screenshot of what appears to be a private message exchange between the two women. The messages show La Rosa Negra speaking with Blanchardsaying you do it very beautifully in Spanish, and later writing:
