Drew McIntyre may have just lost another shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship, but one wrestling personality is already pitching him a future outside of WWE.
After falling short against Cody Rhodes at WWEs Saturday Nights Main Event in Salt Lake City, McIntyre became the focus of a tweet from none other than Vince Russothe controversial former WWE writer whos now steering the creative ship at Juggalo Championship Wrestling.
Russo didnt hold back with his pitch, offering McIntyre a spot at JCW once his current WWE deal ends.
The message came shortly after McIntyres hard-fought match against Rhodes, which featured a title can change hands on DQ or count-out stipulation. Despite several chaotic momentslike a referee bump, near disqualifications, and the use of the Undisputed Championship as a weaponRhodes retained with a Crossroads to close out the show.
Now, lets be realDrew McIntyre jumping from WWE to JCW isnt something anyones putting money on. Vince Russos tweet didnt turn heads so much as it probably got a few laughs. With Russo now calling the shots at JCW and comparing Violent J to Vince McMahon, the offer felt more like a trolling jab than an actual pitch. Still, Russo saw McIntyres loss to Cody Rhodes as the perfect moment to insert himself into the conversation.
