WWE used tonights October 29 episode of Evolve, streaming on Tubi, to introduce the latest additions to its ID program.
This follows a recent wave of departures from the developmental system, including names like Kylie Rae and Zayda Steel. The latest announcements appear to be part of WWEs annual recruitment cycle, bringing in fresh prospects after SummerSlam week tryouts.
During the broadcast, Evolve interviewer Chuey Martinez brought three new recruits into the ring to officially welcome them to the WWE system. The first new name is Mike Cunningham, a graduate of the Nightmare Factory. Cunningham has received praise from Cody Rhodes, who called him one of the top students to come out of the school.
Joining Cunningham is JhaQuan McNair, who trained under former WCW star Lodi at the Team Fearless Training Academy. McNairs athletic background and presence were reportedly strong standouts during the tryout process.
The third signing is Eli Knight, whose training history spans multiple respected schools. Knight has worked under Booker Ts Reality of Wrestling, Ace Steels Harley Race Foundation School, and also trained at The Dungeon run by WWE veterans Natalya and TJ Wilson.
All three prospects participated in the WWE SummerSlam week tryouts in New Jersey earlier this year. Their signing marks the next step in WWEs ongoing effort to refresh its developmental pipeline with talent from a wide range of respected wrestling schools.
With fresh faces like Cunningham, McNair, and Knight entering the fold, WWE continues to bet on experience, versatility, and training pedigree to fuel its next generation of superstars.
