Jannik Sinner captured his fourth title of the year on Sunday, but also confirmed that he is in a love relationship with 24-year-old Danish model Laila Hasanovic.
Playing against Alexander Zverev for the main glory of the ATP 500 event in Vienna, the top-seeded Italian found himself in trouble after dropping the opening set. However, the four-time Grand Slam champion slowly worked his way back into the final and ultimately managed to pull off a 3-6 6-3 7-5 comeback win over Zverev.
Moments after capturing his 22nd ATP title, Sinner gave credit to his team.And when doing so, he specifically mentioned his "girlfriend."
"Thank you so much for the support. The work you put in, the effort. Also to understand me at times it is not easy, but thank you for putting in the effort. Everyone here, with family, my girlfriend, friends. To my whole team and also those watching at home. Thank you so much for the support, the 24-year-old said during his trophy speech.
Who is Sinner's new girlfriend?
For the past few months, there had been rumors that Sinner was dating Hasanovic, a Danish model with Bosnian roots. In 2019, Hasanovic was a finalist in the Miss Universe Denmark competition. In the past, she dated Mick Schumacher - the son of F1 icon Michael Schumacher.
Meanwhile, as you probably know, Sinner went public with his relationship with WTA star Anna Kalinskaya in May 2024. By the end of the year, it had been rumored that the two had gone their separate ways. Earlier this year, the two tennis stars confirmed that they called time on their relationship, but didn't go into any details about their breakup.
