Drako Knox is officially done with WWE. The NXT prospect revealed on social media that he has been released from his contract, ending his run with the company before ever making it to television.
Knox confirmed the news with a statement to fans, making it clear that while his time in WWE is over, his wrestling journey is far from finished.
Drako Knox joined WWE in 2023 after previously competing as Drake Starks on WWE: Legends & Future Greats and wrestling for WWE EVOLVE. While his potential was clear, he never got the chance to showcase it on NXT TV. His final match came at an NXT live event on October 4 in Florida, where he lost to Jasper Troy.
Even though Knox didnt break through in WWE, his passion for wrestling hasnt wavered. With 30 days before he can take outside bookings, fans can expect him to return to the independent scene soon, determined to prove why he belongs in the ring.
