Wrestlepalooza will be quite a show with a big time mixed tag team match.
The September 15 episode of WWE RAW included a few big segments. Fans packed the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, and that included wrapping things up before Wrestlepalooza.
AJ Lee made her return brought a lot of attention to her. Becky Lynch wasnt happy about that, and the two have been at it since then. Lee also has her eye on Lynchs Womens IC Title, and this situation is getting interesting.
CM Punk and Seth Rollins also have a long-running feud. So, it only makes sense that their wives dont get along. They will battle in a mixed tag team match at Wrestlepalooza, and fans are ready for that one.
Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch came out first, and the Visionary refused to say the name of the town. Instead, he decided to ignore the Springfield fans, and he just addressed those watching at home on Netflix.
As Becky Lynch continued, AJ Lees music hit, and CM Punk came out with his wife in front. Then Punk said that hes not afraid of letting Cult of Personality stay on the shelf for a night, so his lady could Light It Up.
Seth Rollins called Punk the most selfish man Ive met in my entire life. Fans chanted shut the f*ck up, and they missed the first few bleeps by blanking out the screen instead of the audio. Then Lynch called fans herpes, and Rollins thanked her for defending his honor.
Fans chanted no one likes you, to Seth Rollins, and Becky Lynch said, I like him! Then Rollins said that fans can like him or not, but hes still World Heavyweight Champion.
AJ Lee said that the mistake was Rollins, because he used his wife as a human shield, and she put her hands on Punk. Becky Lynch then said that nobody expected that AJ Lee would come back, and she cant believe how irresponsible CM Punk is for letting AJ Lee come back after she suffered a neck injury.
Lynch called AJ Lee a liability instead of an asset. That is when Lee thanked her for reading her book, I did not read yours, she retorted. Then Lee said that Lynch made a good point, because she doesnt know how her neck will hold up on Saturday, but its been 10 years since she wrestled. AJ Lee then said that Lynch should be worried about what she will do next, because shes so irrational and erratic, and you cant plan for something you cant predict. That was certainly a big time threat coupled with a word of advice.
Seth Rollins laughed when AJ Lee suggested that he cant handle her. He said that he may not be able to read Lee, but he can read your husband like a book. One thing you dont want to believe about your husband, he has a nasty habit of leaving when things let him down. So, this Saturday, when my wife rips you into shreds, you better hope to god that he doesnt leave you too.
It didnt take long for AJ Lee to slap Seth Rollins for suggesting that her husband will leave her over a pre-determined pro wrestling match. Rollins said that hell never put his hands on a lady, but he does have someone who will. Becky Lynch didnt seem like she wanted to do anything about it, and the two champions had a discussion as CM Punk and AJ Lee looked on. Then Becky Lynch left as Rollins yelled asking, where are you going? Becky shouted back,you got us into this! Then Rollins hit Punk with a cheap shot and he chased him out. Suddenly, Lynch got back in the ring and nailed AJ Lee with a Man-Handle Slam and slapped CM Punk twice before departing.
We will have to see what happens next in this situation. AJ Lees return to WWE has certainly brought a lot of her old fans back. Only time will tell if she gets another title run out of things.
