Now we know one of the bigger names behind the curtain.
We have learned a lot about WrestleMania 43 already. Although we dont know The Rocks status, we did hear Vince McMahon get some credit during the press conference. Another big name is also to thank for that.
PW Insider reported to shed light on another note concerning the internal workings, John Big Gaburick, a longtime WWE backstage figure and current liaison to Saudi Arabia, is reported to have played a major role in securing the deal.
Gaburick spends much of his time overseas on behalf of the company at this point. He was responsible for helping finalize negotiations to bring WrestleMania 43 to Riyadh.
It was also noted that, despite earlier rumors suggesting a split location between Riyadh and Nashville, Tennessee, WWE sources have confirmed the entire event will take place in Saudi Arabia. That being said, the entire event looks like it will take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, no matter what the fans think about it.
We will have to see what else WWE brings to the table for this historic event. After all, WrestleMania 43 will likely break a lot of records and could be a massive card when everything is said and done.
