The 22-year-old from Murcia will not be present at the Davis Cup tie between his Spain and Denmark, wanting to recharge his batteries in view of the upcoming events. The former world number 1 will return to the six-time Grand Slam champion's box directly in Shanghai, a tournament that promises to be very important also for the race for the first position in the ATP rankings. The winner of the 2025 US Open is also expected to play the Paris-Bercy Masters 1000 as a preparation for the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, while his participation in the Davis Cup Finals will depend on Spain's results.
