The August 19th edition of AEW Dynamite had a major surprise in store for fans, as a long-absent AEW star made their shocking return during the taping in Glasgow, Scotland.
During Adam Copeland and Christian Cages segment, Nick Wayne announced that he was injured and was unfit to team up with Kip Sabian to take on Adam Copeland and Christian Cage at Forbidden Door.
However, he would then announce a replacement, who turned out to be none other than Luchasaurus. Luchasaurus came out to a thunderous applause as he made his way to the ring and confronted Christian Cage, before laying out both Copeland and Cage.
Luchasaurushad collapsed at home back in September because his blood oxygen levels dropped below 80% and after months of recovery, he was eventually cleared but AEW still didnt use him for months.
Now that Luchasaurus is back, well have to wait and see how Adam Copeland and Christian Cage will fare against him and Kip Sabian at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view on August 24th, since the stakes are much higher than before now.
