Adam Scott is not excelling this season, and a dose of concern can be felt in the experienced player and his fans. Although he delivered much more dominant performances last season, the Australian golfer is currently facing a difficult period in his game.
The Wyndham Championship can serve as a great chance for the Australian to improve his impression and win a place among the first 70 players.
While some expect the seasoned golfer to be nervous and tense, and at the same time aware of the stakes, Scott seems calmer than ever.
The famous golfer sees golf as fun, and this tournament as motivation
"I actually think sometimes when it's like a last-chance thing, this will be my last chance to play on the PGA TOUR potentially for some weeks, it's do or die and that's a fun way to play," he said, as quoted by The Fresno Bee.

"Sometimes we or I have fell in the trap of like there's always next week if it doesn't work out and that's not the case here, so I think that's not a pressure but more motivation."
US Open
Adam Scott will probably have to finish in the top 25 at the last PGA tournament if he wants to secure a ticket to the FedEx St. Jude Championship.
However, how realistic is it that he really takes such a big step?
His results have not been particularly encouraging, except perhaps for his performance at the US Open, where he finished tied for 12th.
The Australian felt that he could have taken an even bigger step at this prestigious tournament, but in the end he had to settle for T12.
"I was like three back with seven to go and I finished poorly, which is not ideal, but I was right there on the back nine," Scott said.

We will be closely monitoring the Australian's performances, and see if he really has the potential to come out on top in the fierce competition.
