TheAugust 1 episode of WWE SmackDown included some unexpected moments, including the return of a fan-favorite.
Los Garza are AAA World Tag Team Champions, and they are very happy about that. The two showed up on SmackDown this week for an open challenge, but they didnt know who would step up.
It didnt take long for Mr. Iguana and Psycho Clown from AAA to make their way out. The fans blew up in a big way for Mr. Iguana. Of course, his stuffed iguana puppet, La Yesca, was there with him.
There were tons of chants for Mr. Iguana as the match got started. Psycho Clown got started with Angel Garza, but fans were quick to respond to everything he did. Eventually, Mr. Iguana got the tag, and he ran through his greatest hits on his move list. Needless to say, fans in New Jersey gave WWE all the indication that they need to know that Mr. Iguana is still a hot commodity. In the end, the Garzas retained, but it was still a good match as Psycho Clown took the pinfall.
Mr. Iguana was a stand-out performer at Worlds Collide. Fans were very happy to see him, and his WWE t-shirt quickly became a fast seller.
