R-Truth made his unexpected return during the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, just a week after he was let go. Triple H ultimately made the call for R-Truths release last week and now he has come under fire for firing R-Truth before Nick Khan reversed it.
While speaking on Lucha Libre Online, Hugo Savinovich talked about R-Truths surprise return to WWE and how Triple H responded to it. During the post-show conference, Game laughed it off andclaimed that it was all part of the show, saying,I love the question. Are you enjoying the show? Its all part of the show, man. Savinovich pointed out how Triple H wasnt happy with R-Truths return for brushing it off as being part of the show.
Hugo explained that Triple H was the one who decided to fire R-Truth and Carlito but Nick Khan secretly worked to bring R-Truth back. Even other wrestlers didnt know it was happening and were upset when Truth and Carlito got fired. Most people thought Roman Reigns would be the big surprise, but when the hood came off and it was R-Truth, it shocked everyone even more.
Savinovich noted that Triple H was upset because he fired R-Truth but Nick Khan overruled him. At the press conference, instead of being honest, he acted like it was always part of the plan. Hugo said that wasnt right and that fans arent stupid since they could tell it wasnt planned.
As someone who has been both talent and creative, Hugo Savinovich says mistakes happen, but real leaders admit them. He believes Nick Khan did the right thing and showed real leadership by bringing Truth back. Triple H didnt handle it well and made the locker room even more upset. Now he wonders if there is tension between Triple H and Nick Khan but in the end, Nick has more power in WWE right now.
As reported earlier, R-Truth wasnt responding to WWEs attempts to contact him before the event. The company tried several times to reach out, but he ignored them until Nick Khan called him directly and worked out a deal. Nonetheless, R-Truth is back in WWE and thats what fans truly care about but they do hope that Triple H wont try to insult their intelligence again.
