
Ace Austin is officially done with TNA Wrestlingand now hes opening up about it in his own words. Shortly after his final TNA appearance, the former X-Division and Tag Team Champion has confirmed his free agency while reflecting on what the company meant to him.
Austin, who joined TNA in 2019 and became a major name thanks to his flashy style and consistent performances, was offered a new deal but turned it down. Dave Meltzer reported that the 28-year-old was looking to take the next step in his career with a larger company. His final match aired on the May 22 episode of TNA iMPACT, where he faced off against Mustafa Ali. He was also pulled from TNA Under Siege and replaced by Champagne Singh.
The big update came on June 8, when Austin took to Twitter with a heartfelt farewell post.
He then thanked the roster and credited the people around him for shaping his growthboth in and out of the ring.
Austin ended with a final note of pride and hope, calling the relationship mutual and ongoing.
