WWE kept the LFG energy going strong this week with a special set of tapings before the May 20, 2025 episode of NXT Live on The CW. The action went down at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Floridajust days after the season one finale aired on A&E.
According to those in attendance, Jeremy Borash and Vic Joseph were on commentary for the tapings. The Undertaker and Michelle McCool were introduced to the crowd and watched the action unfold from the crows nest above the arena.
The first match saw Bayley Humphrey pick up a win over Penina Tuilaepa in front of the fired-up crowd. That was followed by a tense segment between Layla Diggs and Lainey Reid. After trading words, things got physical fastwith Layla getting the upper hand and sending Lainey crashing to the floor.
In the main bout of the night, Anthony Luke scored a big win over Shiloh Hill, who just competed in the finals of LFG season one.
With the dust barely settled from the LFG finale at Madison Square Garden, WWE is wasting no time building toward the next chapter. Season two of WWE LFG officially kicks off on A&E starting June 22, 2025.
