John Cena has faced tons of iconic WWE Superstars over the course of his career, but even he has his favorite opponents. In fact, the Leader of Cenation has finally revealed his top 3 feuds in his career, as his in-ring career is coming to an end this year.
While speaking during an appearance at the Philadelphia Fan Expo, a fan asked John Cena what his top three favorite feuds were with other WWE Superstars. Cena said that his goal was always to give good performances and make the fans interested. He said two of his favorite rivalries were with The Rock and CM Punk. For the third one, he said the fans could decide.
One fan quickly suggested Randy Orton, pointing out the incredible chemistry between the two. The fan noted that Cena and Orton came up together in OVW and called them legends of the Ruthless Aggression era.
John Cena smiled and said they were like famous duos like Laurel and Hardy, Laverne and Shirley, and Starsky and Hutch. He agreed and told the fan he understood what they meant, saying, Like Laurel and Hardy. Like Laverne and Shirley. Like Starsky and Hutch. Sure. Sure. Costello. I hear you, man.
John Cena defeated Randy Orton at the Backlash Premium Live Event and retained his Undisputed WWE Championship. On the other hand, CM Punk has made it clear he wants to feud with John Cena one more time. Therefore, fans are waiting to see if Cena and Punk can run it back one last time before Cena hangs up his pro wrestling boots, as Cena truly has faced the best the business has to offer.
