The Good Brothers are back in New Japan Pro Wrestling, and they didnt come alone. In their first match since being released by WWE, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows teamed up with The Young Bucks for a chaotic eight-man tag match at NJPW Resurgence on May 9, 2025.

It was a reunion fans didnt expect but one that hit hard. The Good Brothers and The Bucks joined forces against the War Dogs and Gedo in a wild brawl that started before the bell even rang. Nicholas Jackson set the tone early with a dive off the stage, and from there, it was mayhem.

The action spilled into the crowd and back to the ring, where Gabe Kidd took the opportunity to taunt his opponents, referring to The Young Bucks as Young Cucks and calling Karl Anderson the bald white guy here now. The trash talk didnt end well for Kidd, who ate a sitout powerbomb from Gallows and a Gun Stun from Anderson.

After a string of superkicks and double-team moves, the Bucks and Good Brothers took control. The finish saw Gallows lift Gedo onto his shoulders as The Young Bucks connected with the EVP Trigger, followed by the Meltzer Driver. Anderson sealed the deal with a Magic Killer, picking up the win at 13:40.

Post-match, the Bucks and The Good Brothers put up the familiar Too Sweet hand gesture, but when the War Dogs seemed ready to join in, they swerved and walked away as the classic Bullet Club theme echoed through the arena.

Will The Good Brothers officially align with the Young Bucks again, or was this just a one-night reunion? Drop your thoughts in the comments below!
