WWEs official acquisition of the Mexican lucha libre promotion AAA is seen as a move that could significantly change the landscape of the business. Fans have been wondering what the ultimate goal for AAA following the acquisition is, and now Konnan has revealed what that goal is.

While speaking on the Keepin It 100 podcast, Disco Inferno asked Konnan about the ultimate goal for AAA and whether it is to make it the most superior product in Mexico. Inferno wondered if the plan is to use a model similar to WWEs, where shows are held in the biggest cities and arenas, with slightly higher ticket prices.

Konnan confirmed that its definitely the current plan and ultimate goal. He added that they are going to be shown the WWE-style system. Essentially, they will be trained in a way similar to how WWE operates, gaining an understanding of their whole system.
