Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has backed Lamine Yamal to become the best footballer in the world, praising the teenagers mentality and attitude ahead of the Ballon dOr this month. Yamal has continued to attract attention with his displays for Spain during the international break, adding to his strong start to the season with Barcelona.Flick believes the winger already possesses the qualities required to reach the very top of the game and suggested he may have achieved that status already. What I see in the games with Spain and with us in the first eight games is incredible, Flick said.I saw it in London against England live. It depends on each player, they are young and recover quickly.Lamine is young and enjoys playing soccer. If you dont train much, its good that youve stayed at that level. He enjoys playing soccer and has confidence and his attitude is incredible. What we see here in training is very good.He will be the best player in the world if he is not already, the Barcelona boss added. With his attitude, his mentality, his willingness to improve every day that is the right mentality and at the moment he is on that path and I am very happy with it.Flick questions Raphinhas international scheduleFlick was also asked about Raphinha and the demands placed on players during international breaks. The Barcelona manager acknowledged the importance of representing their country but questioned whether Brazil needed to travel to Australia and India for friendly matches. The national team is the national team and for anyone it is the main objective, to defend their country, and it is Raphinhas mentality and attitude, Flick said.Always give 100%. We must reflect on whether it was necessary for him to play in Australia, to travel so many thousands of kilometers. Its incredible. They have to choose friendly matches and in Europe it is not possible because of the Nations League. When I was in the German team we had the option of going to Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, but because you had two or three friendlies. Now its impossible.
