Rangers beat Celtic for the second time in seven days to move two points behind the Scottish Premiership leaders as Ryan Naderis first-half strike settled the derby at Celtic Park. A week after Rangers thrashed their arch-rivals 3-0 at home in the Scottish League Cup quarter-finals, Naderi pounced when goalkeeper Viljami Sinisalo pushed Kim Minsus long-distance drive into his path in the 33rd minute. Celtic had a fifth-minute volley by Auston Trusty disallowed for offside against Liam Scales and hit the bar through Kieran Tierneys thunderous shot before the opener, but almost fell further behind when Djeidi Gassama shot against a post during the first half.Rangers Olwethu Makhanya had an exquisite volley ruled out 15 minutes from time because the defender was adjudged to have used a hand to control the ball.
