Former WCW promoter Eric Bischoff has voiced his frustration withSami Zayn's match with CM Punk last Friday on "WWE SmackDown."In what was one of the most shocking moments of the year, Zayn defeated CM Punkto become Undisputed WWE Champion for the second time in three months. However, Zayn couldn't have won the title without some help. Johnny Gargano interfering and Kevin Owens indirectly hitting Punk with the belt allowed Zayn to pickup the win, which Bischoff felt was a uninspiring way to end the match."The finish was okay. It was fundamentally sound but it really nothing special. There wasno real emotional everflow in that finish as it was goingdown. It was like, 'Hey, we're going to the finish.' But there was no build.There was no drama associated with that finish ...it was very formulaic and it came off that way to me. And again,that's the way I view wrestling. I don't view it as a fan. I view it as a producer. I can't freaking help it," he explained on"83 Weeks.""We're losing a little bit of connection to what makes wrestling special and unique from other forms of TV ...I wonder if this really represents a shift in the business model because the business model has shifted from what it was even five years ago."Bischoff also questioned if WWE is missing one of its former producers, the late Pat Patterson, who was known for being able to brainstorm creative finishes.
