Tottenham have omitted Richarlison from their Premier League squad. The Brazilian forward is in the final year of his contract in North London and was left out of last Saturdays 2-0 defeat to Newcastle United, with Spurs boss Roberto De Zerbi saying the 29-year-old had asked too many times to leave.Richarlison had looked set to return to former club Everton in the final days of the Premier League transfer window, with Iliman Ndiaye going the other way.That deal did not come to fruition, but Richarlison has been handed a potential exit route, with reports claiming he has agreed to join Turkish side Trabzonspor. The Turkish transfer window remains open until Friday.Tottenham are said to have informed Richarlison of their decision before the Premier League transfer deadline to allow him to find a new club.Richarlison has scored 32 goals for Tottenham since joining from Everton in 2022.Amid the speculation surrounding his future, Richarlison released an explosive statement on Monday.In a post on his Instagram story, Richarlison wrote: After everything Ive been through in the last few years, Ive decided that never again will anyone decide my future for me.I went through a lot of bad things, and almost all of them happened because decisions were made by other people. Pressure, threats, retaliation none of that scares me. Ive been through far worse, believe me.Ive always made it clear, every time I had the chance, that leaving for another club would only happen if it was also good for the club. If it wasnt, I would never accept it. Just like I didnt accept it when everything was going badly and they needed me.I stayed and gave everything. So, I hope they treat my situation with the same respect Ive always shown Spurs and everyone who worked with me during this period. Just dont try to decide for me.If they reach an agreement between Spurs and Everton, I will return to my beloved club. My intention was to go back to the place where I was very happy, yes, but the negotiations happened only in the way certain people wanted, and it will no longer be like that.Despite all this turmoil, I am under contract at Spurs and will remain at the clubs disposal.With Richarlison no longer at Spurs disposal following their decision, Omar Marmoush and Dominic Solanke will be their senior options in the central striker role for the remainder of the campaign.Tottenham are winless after two Premier League games despite committing a huge transfer outlay in a bid to turn around their fortunes after narrowly avoiding relegation last season.The transfer window closed on Tuesday with Tottenham having spent �394million.
