EmailPrintOpen Extended ReactionsDefensive tackle CJ Okoye is reuniting with Giants coach John Harbaugh.Okoye was traded from the Ravens to the Giants on Saturday in exchange for a 2028 seventh-round pick, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.A reserve defensive lineman, Okoye played in Baltimore under Harbaugh last season. The 24-year old was considered to be on the bubble heading into Sunday's roster cutdown for the Ravens.The Giants were short on interior defensive line depth and add a player with familiarity to the coaching staff. Okoye joins fellow former Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely, punter Jordan Stout, defensive back Ar'Darius Washington and fullback Patrick Ricard in New York.The Giants added a seventh-round pick in the 2028 draft earlier this week when they sent offensive lineman Joshua Ezeudu to the Kansas City Chiefs. The extra pick allowed them to send their own selection to Baltimore for Okoye, and strengthen a position of need in the process.In 13 games last season, Okoye recorded 15 tackles including one for loss.
