EmailPrintOpen Extended ReactionsEight-time Pro Bowl linebacker Von Miller is expected to sign with the Dallas Cowboys, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.Miller, 37, recorded nine sacks last season for the Washington Commanders, giving him 138.5 for his career -- and leaving him tied with DeMarcus Ware for ninth on the all-time list since the stat became official in 1982.It was Miller's highest sack total since the 2021 season when he finished with 9.5 while splitting time with the Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles Rams.Miller played his first 9.5 years with Denver before being traded to Los Angeles. He won a Super Bowl with both teams and was the MVP in Denver's Super Bowl 50 win over the Carolina Panthers in the 2015 season. Miller posted 2.5 sacks and caused two fumbles that led to Broncos' touchdowns.After half a season with the Rams, he signed with the Buffalo Bills as a free agent. He played three years with the Bills, though two of them were impacted by a torn ACL that caused him to miss the final five games of the 2022 season and the first four in '23.Miller, the second overall pick in 2011 out of Texas A&M, has been named to eight Pro Bowls and is a three-time first team All-Pro selection.
