Following the pay-per-view on March 15, 2026, Kidd appeared during the AEW Revolution post-show media scrum and immediately went off on critics who accused him of hypocrisy after he signed with AEW despite previously declaring his loyalty to NJPW. Kidd didnt hold anything back as he opened his response by firing shots at the people questioning his move. The outspoken star made it clear he has no interest in defending his decision to fans online: It doesnt concern you. Suck your mom. I dont care about any of that. Kidd then took things even further by unloading on New Japan Pro Wrestling itself, making it clear he has moved on completely: I dont care about NJPW *f** NJPW. The rant didnt stop there, as Kidd even took aim at one of the companys biggest legends: F** that old cripple Hiroshi Tanahashi. He also fired shots at other members of the NJPW system: F** the young boys. Kidd wrapped up the tirade by turning his attention to one of his AEW opponents from earlier in the night and then demanded Tony Khan book a coffin match against him on Dynamite this week. The comments came shortly after Kidd competed at AEW Revolution, where Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy, and Roderick Strong defeated Kidd, David Finlay, and Clark Connors in a six-man tag team match.
