Tony Khan was active on social media as AEW Revolution 2026 began inside Crypto.com Arena, but his online presence suddenly stopped midway through the opening portion of the broadcast as streaming issues on HBO Max continued to frustrate viewers. The event kicked off with the Zero Hour pre-show, but fans attempting to watch on HBO Max quickly reported that the broadcast would not load. Many viewers said they were stuck on a Your Event Is Starting Soon screen and were unable to access the stream. AEW also offered the kickoff show on YouTube, which became an alternative option for fans trying to follow along. When the main pay-per-view portion of Revolution began, it briefly appeared that the issues might have been resolved. However, viewers soon began reporting additional problems, including audio being several secondsor even minutesout of sync with the video feed. Others said their streams continued buffering or would not load at all. While fans were posting complaints online, Khan was actively promoting the show on Twitter and reacting to crowd responses during the opening matches. He also referenced the Blackjack Battle Royal for the AEW National Championship during another post while the show was underway. However, Khans social media activity abruptly stopped midway through the opening match. That change stood out to many fans because Khan is known for frequently posting justified chant reactions and commentary throughout AEW broadcasts. Not long after fans began flooding his posts with complaints about HBO Max streaming problems, replies on his tweets appeared to be disabled. Since then, Khan has not posted additional updates about the show. As of 10:20 PM Eastern, more than three hours after the Zero Hour pre-show began at 7:00 PM, Ringside News can confirm that some viewers are still reporting problems accessing AEW Revolution through HBO Max. Despite the growing backlash online, AEW has not yet issued an official statement addressing the situation. With Khan going silent on social media and the company yet to publicly comment on the streaming problems, the issues surrounding the broadcast have become a major talking point during one of AEWs biggest events of the year.
