They run down the card for tonights show. We then take a look at Blake Monroe and Jaida Parker. Sarah interviewed Blake earlier this week. Blake said Jaida knew exactly what she was doing when she interrupted her return. According to Blake, if you want people talking about you, you put yourself next to Blake Monroe. She said Jaida came after her to stay relevant. Sarah asked Blake if she was being patronizing. Blake said Jaida talks a lot and claims shes a top star. However, Blake questioned how someone can be considered a top star if they cant get through a match without being suspended. She said people should be talking about her instead of Jaida, adding that if Jaida wants to climb in NXT, shell have to survive that climb. Sarah then brought up how much the crowd supports Jaida. Blake said she knows the fans love her and saw their reactions when she attacked Jaida. However, she added that admiration and relevance are not the same thing. According to Blake, being loved doesnt mean you own the room. She said the real question isnt whether she can handle Jaida, but whether Jaida can handle the pressure. Blake added that when the bell rings, none of that matters the only thing that matters is survival. Blake spoke with Kelani earlier this week. He asked Kelani about competing in her first Underground match. Jordan said she and Lola Vice have been connected in NXT since they both debuted. When you spend that much time around someone, friendships form. They bonded over having the same passion and goals, which is why she took it personally when Lola kicked her out of the locker room. Blake asked Kelani if she knew why she was kicked out. Kelani said it was because Lola was jealous and wanted her spot. She pointed to everything shes accomplished and noted that Lola didnt kick out Jacy Jayne or Arianna Grace. According to Kelani, Lola has had the same opportunities she has, and it still took her a long time to finally win a title. Blake then brought up the Underground match and Lolas strong record in that environment. Kelani said she is a top athlete and records are meant to be broken. She reminded everyone that she was the first person to make Lola tap out and believes she can do it again. Jordan added that she learned from her previous loss and plans to target Lolas injured hand. Blake also asked about Kelani training with Shayna Baszler. Kelani said Shayna understands what its like to lose an Underground match and has taught her how to capitalize on Lolas injury. She added that Shayna proves it every time she steps into the ring. Kelani then questioned who Lola is without using her fist as a weapon, saying Lola may have to figure that out after their Underground match.
