Melina made it clear she isnt shutting the door on WWE but shes not blindly walking back in either. After previously revealing that she chose not to re-sign with WWE in 2020 because she felt the company was dangling a carrot in front of her during an emotional period in her life, Melina is now taking a more measured approach when it comes to a potential return. While speaking to Going Ringside in February 2026, Melina was asked directly whether she would say yes if WWE approached her today with a managerial role. She noted she would be open to it but would need to know what came with the contract. When asked about jumping back into the demanding WWE travel schedule, she acknowledged that things may be different now compared to her original run: Well, it seems better now. Melina then reflected on the workload she carried during the Divas era, making it clear just how constant her schedule was at the time. She admitted that nonstop grind was the only lifestyle she knew back then. So while an in-ring comeback might not be on the table, Melina isnt closing the door completely. If the right managerial opportunity came along and the contract made sense shed consider stepping back into WWE in a new role. Would you want to see Melina return as a manager in WWE, or should her legacy stay exactly as it is? Sound off in the comments.
