WWE 2K26 is officially on the wayand the roster just got a massive upgrade.
Unveiled during the Royal Rumble Kickoff Show, the WWE 2K26 cover features none other than CM Punk, who returns to the franchise spotlight in dramatic fashion. But hes not the only one grabbing attention this year.
According to Sports Illustrated, Joe Hendry will be included as the pre-order bonus character for WWE 2K26, marking his first-ever appearance in a WWE video game. The NXT star and former TNA World Champion is part of a special Joe Hendry Pack for all pre-orders of the Standard Edition.
But Hendry isnt the only surprise. The 2K26 roster has been confirmed to include over 400 playable characters, the largest in franchise history. Alongside top WWE stars and Hall of Famers, the game will feature first-time debuts and big returns. Confirmed names include:
- Rey Fenix (making his WWE video game debut)
- Blake Monroe (first appearance)
- Rusev (returning to the series)
They join an already stacked lineup featuring: John Cena, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY, Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, Charlotte Flair, Eddie Guerrero, Logan Paul, Andre the Giant, Seth Rollins, Liv Morgan, Bron Breakker, Penta, Stephanie Vaquer, Bret Hart, Roddy Piper, and Macho Man Randy Savage.
With Punk back on the cover, Joe Hendry singing his way into DLC, and fan-favorite returns like Rusev and Fenix in the mix, this years game might be the most unpredictable roster drop yet.
