News 12 reports in The Bronx reported today that Linda McMahon had a planned visit canceled after parents raised concerns. She was set to visit McKinley Elementary School tomorrow in Connecticut as part of an event tied to celebrating Americas 250th birthday.
Linda McMahons stop was reportedly connected to the U.S. Department of Educations History Rocks! tour, which has been promoted as a way to highlight U.S. history and civic education. She has not publicly commented on the cancellation as of this writing.
The visit didnt last long on the schedule. Fairfield Superintendent Michael Testani reportedly said the appearance was canceled after the district received phone calls and emails from parents who were unhappy with the planned visit.
