Daria Rae isnt holding back. The former Sonya Deville turned TNA executive The Suit just dropped a major behind-the-scenes revelation about her WWE runand yes, Vince McMahon is directly involved.
Appearing on Busted Open Radio, Daria was told point blank by Dave LaGreca and Bully Ray that WWE didnt use her to her full potential. Both hosts felt the company missed a major opportunity after her run as an on-screen authority figure. Bully then asked whether she agreed with that take and if she planned to speak up more creatively now that shes in TNA. She didnt hesitate to set the record straightand she even shared what Vince McMahon said to her after the fact. According to Daria, Vince himself admitted they blew it.
Despite the missed opportunity, Daria said she doesnt dwell on the frustration. Instead, she sees it as part of the journey that led her to where she is now in TNA.
When asked whether she planned to be more creatively outspoken in TNA, Daria made it clear that she already was vocal in WWEbut sometimes it wasnt well received.
She doubled down on what she believes is her biggest strengthand how she tried pitching herself internally.
Now, in TNA, she says that same energy is finally being heardand welcomed.
Daria Berenato isnt rewriting historyshes calling it like she lived it. And with her confidence on full display and a creative leash she never had in WWE, her second act may end up being the one people remember most.
