The January 15 episode of TNA Wrestlingmeant a lot to the company. This included seeing a new face on TNA Wrestling that we havent seen in a while.
Santino Marella has been through a lot in recent memory. His daughter, Arianna Grace, turned on him and sided with Stacks. This week on TNA Wrestling, Santino came out and admitted that hes been distracted.
Santino Marella also stated that the TNA management has told him that he needs some help. That is when he admitted that this idea didnt make him happy until he heard who was coming on board as his new assistant.
Daria Rae, the former Sonya Deville, made her way out as Santino Marellas new assistant. This brought a lot of cheers from fans, and this pick made sense as well.
Then Daria Rae turned the tables as she said that TNA Wrestling doesnt need Santino Marella. This was a fast heel turn as fans started booing everything she said to tear Santino Marella down. She suggested that Marella stay the hell out of my way, and then she re-introduced herself as The Suit. She also told everyone to shut up when Im talking.
As Sonya Deville, she was a General Manager in WWE. Now she is an authority figure in TNA Wrestling. Its anyones guess what she will do next.
