The legal chaos surrounding Sarayas ex-boyfriend Ronnie Radke just escalated and now Brittany Furlan is the one taking him to court.
According to TMZ, Brittany Furlan filed for a temporary restraining order against the Falling in Reverse frontman, claiming Radke has continued harassing her online following what she now says was a real, private relationship between them.
Furlan rushed to court seeking legal protection and is asking a judge to order Sarayas ex-boyfriend to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her home, and her vehicle. She also forcefully denied previous claims that she was catfished, instead insisting the communications were legitimate and personal. She made her position unmistakably clear in her filingm Ronnie is unhinged and obsessed with me.
According to new legal documents, Furlan claims she and Radke communicated extensively on Snapchat during a vulnerable time in her marriage to Tommy Lee. She alleges the two exchanged explicit messages and videos, discussed meeting in person, and that Radke urged her to leave her husband.
Furlan claims she traveled to an address she believed belonged to Radke, only to be stood up, which she says marked the beginning of what she describes as manipulation and humiliation.
She alleges that after the situation collapsed, Sarayas ex-boyfriend began mocking her publicly across social media platforms and even attempted to embarrass her by using a body double meant to resemble her in a music video. She further claims he encouraged fan harassment through posts and videos aimed at discrediting her.
She says the harassment escalated to the point that she received messages from a burner account she believes belonged to Radke. One message in particular stood out, Miss you madly.
Furlan says the message included a photo from what she describes as their private Snapchat exchanges, reinforcing her belief that she had been communicating with the real person and not a catfish. She also claims Radke recently posted multiple videos attacking her character and labeling her a liar with the intent of sending his fanbase after her.
This filing comes shortly after Radke attempted to secure his own restraining order against Furlan a request that was reportedly denied. In her court documents, she labeled his filing frivolous and maintains she is the actual victim in this situation. Furlan also claims she reported Radkes behavior to Instagram and that his account was disabled following her complaint.
A judge has not yet ruled on her restraining order request.
What started as conflicting stories about online messages has now turned into dueling legal actions, serious allegations, and a highly public fallout involving Sarayas ex-boyfriend at the center of the storm.
