Perry Saturn isnt sugarcoating anything from his wild WCW run. In an admission during his appearance on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling, the former ECW and WCW star pulled the curtain back on the extreme lifestyle he shared with Raven during their time in The Flock and the numbers are wild AF.
According to Saturn, he and Raven had a drug routine so dangerous it bordered on suicidal. They werent just taking a few pills on the road they were loading up their bodies with anything they could get their hands on.
Even more shocking was how reckless they were with combinations turning their drug use into a game of roulette.
But Saturn believes theres one reason why they made it out alive while others didnt. He made it clear that despite their habits, they never touched anything before a match. Respecting their opponents in the ring came first.
Saturns honesty sheds brutal light on the darker side of the wrestling business during WCWs hottest years. While the fans saw chaos in the ring, what happened after the bell was even more intense and far more dangerous. Perry Saturn is one of the lucky few who made it out alive.
