SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis just peeled back the curtain on how WWE deals with internal leaks and apparently, not everyone is in the know.

Speaking on the Keepin It 100 podcast, Nick Aldis said WWE runs its creative process like a government agency, with certain talent given limited access to sensitive information.

Leaks are a serious concern behind the scenes, Aldis admitted, and the company keeps things tightly guarded to avoid surprises getting spoiled online. In fact, he confessed he didnt even know about Matt Cardonas return until it happened a decision made far above his pay grade.

WWE has long been criticized for last-minute changes and closely held plans, but Aldis comments reveal just how top-secret some decisions really are even for senior figures like himself.

Do you think WWEs spy-level secrecy makes the product more exciting? Or should they be more transparent with the roster? Let us know where you stand in the comments.
