Jeff Hardy is heading into the new year a little worse for wear but hes not backing down.
The veteran star and his brother Matt Hardy have stayed active since losing the NXT Tag Team Titles at NXT Halloween Havoc, where the Hardys dropped the belts to DarkState (Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin). Despite the setback, the Hardys have continued working and are set to defend the TNA Tag Team Titles against The Righteous at TNA Genesis.
While promoting TNAs upcoming live shows on AMC, Jeff pulled back the curtain on a lingering injury during an appearance on the Budget Cut Podcast. As the discussion turned to how the brothers are preparing for Thursday Night Impact and Genesis, Jeff explained whats been different for him physically this year and why fans may have noticed him moving more cautiously.
The comments make it clear Jeff isnt brushing off the issue but they also reinforce that hes been medically cleared and plans to keep performing, even as TNA launches a major new chapter with live television on AMC. With Genesis looming and the Hardys still holding championship gold, Jeffs admission adds another layer of tension to whats already shaping up to be a pivotal stretch.
As TNA moves into the new year, all eyes will be on how Jeff holds up and whether the Hardys can continue delivering at a high level despite the wear and tear.
What do you think about Jeff Hardy pushing forward while dealing with a neck injury should the Hardys keep going full-time, or would you like to see them slow things down in 2026? Drop your thoughts and join the conversation below.
