Drew McIntyre didnt just walk out of WWE SmackDown in Berlin as champion he slept like one, too.
Shortly after his shocking victory over Cody Rhodes in a brutal 3 Stages of Hell match on the January 9, 2026 edition of SmackDown, the new Undisputed WWE Champion took to Instagram to share a photo that instantly blew up online.
In the now-viral pic, McIntyre is seen tucked into bed, eyes closed, peacefully clutching the WWE title and fans are absolutely loving it.
The post, simply shared without a caption, captured the raw emotion of the moment: a wrestler whos fought tooth and nail for years, finally getting to rest with the gold in his arms.
The timing couldnt be more perfect. McIntyres win came after a match that went from standard rules to falls count anywhere to a steel cage finale complete with a returning Jacob Fatu destroying both men. Still, McIntyre managed to crawl out of the cage to win his fourth World Title.
