Could WWE be sold to Saudi Arabia? According to Jonathan Coachman, thats no longer just fan speculationits an active conversation behind the scenes.
Speaking on the Coach and Bro Show, Coachman claimed that WWE potentially selling to Saudi Arabia is now being discussed backstage. And it all ties back to WWEs ongoing relationship with the Kingdom, which began in 2018 with a ten-year strategic partnership. Coachman started with a tease:
Coach explained that Saudi Arabia hosting the 2026 Royal Rumble is being viewed internally as a testone that will likely set the stage for something much bigger.
He also pointed to financial incentives, calling the potential sale to Saudi Arabia the play from day one. He referenced the massive earnings performers make in the Kingdom and the countrys recent multi-billion-dollar media acquisitions.
And just how much could the Kingdom shell out for WWE? Coachman believes WWE could be sold for somewhere between $15 to 20 billion.
With the Royal Rumble set to take place in Saudi Arabia this month and WrestleMania 43 headed there in 2027, the groundwork seems more than coincidental. If Coachmans sources are accurate, WWE could be headed for its biggest ownership change yetand it might be sooner than most expected.
