Vince Russo is throwing more fire at WWEs leadershipthis time accusing Triple H of sabotaging top-tier talent like Drew McIntyre and Karrion Kross before they get too big.
In a no-filter segment on Minus7 Sports, Russo went off when asked who WWE should go all in on now that John Cena is stepping away. Instead of pointing to a new rising star, Russo flipped the question into a full-blown takedown of WWEs internal politics.
Using Karrion Kross and Scarlett as examples, Russo questioned why a marketable duo with clear star power would be let go unless someone behind the scenes saw them as a threat.
Then came Drew McIntyrewhom Russo believes WWE never fully backed, even though he checks every box a megastar should. Russos theory? Triple H sees these guys as threats to his legacyand acts accordingly.
He said the pattern has happened before and its playing out again today.
Russos take adds to the ongoing conversation about WWEs future and whether its top stars are being used to their fullest potentialor being quietly pushed down the card.
Do you think Triple H is protecting his own legacy at the expense of current talent? Or is Vince Russo reading too deep into the politics? Drop your take in the comments and let us know what you think.
