Aryna Sabalenka acknowledges her side of the court being smaller will be her advantage and also reveals she plans to be in "constant attacking mode" against Nick Kyrgios.

Today, the highly-anticipated Battle of the Sexes will take place at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

However, the match won't feature regular rules as Sabalenka's side of the court has been made nine percent smaller in width and length. Also, the players will be limited to only one serve. In the case the match goes three sets, the deciding set will feature a match tie-break.

Just because the court is going to be shorter, hes not going to go for bigger strokes, and Ill be always in attacking mode. Thats my power, my game and my strength Ive also got good touch and I have a bigger target to do fun things," the WTA world No. 1 explained.

Sabalenka hopes the Kyrgios match will 'bring tennis to another level'

As you probably know, Billie Jean King - the WTA founder - defeated Bobby Riggs in the original Battle of the Sexes in 1973. At the time, it was a major thing for women's tennis.

Before her own Battle of the Sexes, Sabalenka stated that the purpose of her match against Kyrgios was different - while King played against Riggs to prove that women could be equal to men, the Belarusian aims to make the game more popular.

They were trying to fight for different things. Were here to bring tennis to another level, and to bring attention to our sport, to help our sport grow. I feel like women have already proved that we deserve equal and tomorrow, Ill just show that we are capable of putting up a great fight against a man and have fun," the Belarusian said.

Regardless of the outcome, one thing has already been accomplished with the upcoming Sabalenka and Kyrgios match - it has drawn lots of attention to tennis over the past two months.
