Mick Foley nearly stepped back into the ring for one last ride but at FanX 2025, the WWE Hall of Famer admitted that time has finally caught up to him.

Foley revealed he strongly considered doing one final match to celebrate his 60th birthday until reality set in. As Foley explained it, his mind was ready, but his body wasnt.

The hardcore icon then reminded everyone of just how much he suffered before getting surgery.

But Foley didnt rule it out without serious thought. In fact, he shared that one current wrestling star pitched a program so good, he almost reconsidered.

It was a revealing moment from a man known for hiding pain behind sock puppets and steel chairs. While the crowd laughed with him throughout the event, this particular story struck a different chord a sobering look at what decades of physical sacrifice cost one of wrestlings most beloved legends.

Even without that final match, Mick Foleys legacy is already carved in barbed wire and blood. And if you ask him, its better to walk away than to be carried out again.

Do you think Mick Foley should do one last match? Or is he right to put his health first, even with MJF on the other side of the ring? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
